Supplies:
Mason Jar
Acrylic Paint
Paint Brush
Hot Glue Gun
Glue for the glue gun
1. Use the hot glue gun to create a design on your jar. *Tip: it is a lot harder than it looks, so pick something easy. But if you mess up you can just peal the glue off once it is dry.
2. Once the glue is all dry, paint over your design with the acrylic paint. You may have to do more than one coat.
3. Here is the finished product!
How I use this jar:
I found this idea on tumblr where you write down positive things or good things that happen to you throughout the year and stick it in the jar. Once the year is over, you look back at all the little notes and see the good things that happened. I did it for the first time last year and I will be doing it again this year.
