I love this combination. It just looks so cool! :] I used the Forever21 polish in "Lavender" for the base color and Sally Hansen Crackles Overcoat in "Vintage Violet" for the top color. I know you can find similar lavender colors at CVS or anywhere really. And the crackle can be purchased at CVS, Walmart or Target. The crackle overcoat also comes in many other colors as well.
