Glitter Glue or "Puffy paint"
I found a design I liked online and tried to recreate it. I recommend getting the "puffy paint" instead, the glitter glue was a little watery. You can draw whatever you want and once you let it dry for about 24 hours, stick a fake tea light inside and enjoy!
